I haven't loss mine at all since mine has a silver bow on it.

I had a temporary name badge in which they took an avery sticker and stuck on top of an ex employee's name and wrote my name on it and in the fine print says "Team member since 2007" and I just got hired in 2011 and people assume I know my stuff just because of the tag says 2007
