The Wii U: Wii's Successor
 

Has anyone seen the new console Nintendo just announced? The Wii U.
They pulled the magic out of their pants again, Its funny because just the other day I was thinking that nintendo should do a DS kinda of thing with their new console, with a screen on a controller and..
...
They did it, I'M MAGIC! XD
But no the Wii U will have a controller similar to the Wii remote and will have a screen on it, and has two cameras. Its sorta a handheld console of its own but it requires to be by your Wii U to play it like any controller. Best thing about it, if someone else in the house wants to watch TV you can just switch the game straight onto the the controller and continue playing.

No new games have been announced for it as of by far, there was a mention of a new Super Smash Bros games that might be in the works that will also have a duel version with the 3DS so you can play the game on both systems. But it was said, but its not in the works at all so don't expect the game for another 2, 3, or possible 4 years.

Is it an entirely new system or just a new controller for the original system?

I've had my Wii since it first came out and I rarely use it. xD So I doubt I will buy this new one. owo;

wii u may be $100 in your country but over here its gonna be $400+

I still think the Wii has WAY more potential for further games right now and I think the new system is too soon?

Ashy, Illusion said the OLD Wii was $100, there's no price for the Wii U yet I'm sure?

I beat one of the two and now it just sits in the living room incase my grandparents want to watch netflix lol
