Decorate the Tree
 

No matter how hectic the holiday preparations, there's something about the moment you finally gather together around the tree. A scent of fir or spruce lingers in the air while the ornaments shine in the candle light. Fortunately, we brought you a festive tree.

Unfortunately it's still a bit bare.


Don't you think this would look a lot better with some pretty ornaments? I do. But I found absolutely no free time to decorate it. Sorry. But you know what - the baubles are in that box over there. Why don't you grab one and place it on the tree? You might even win some currency. Or a random item.

Be careful though. They're made of glass. If you break one, no prize for you!

Just as mdom picks the ball from the box, the earth trembles a little. Fortunately mdom remembers what Pengore said about the chicken dance. The dance moves look a bit wacky with an ornament in her hand and the earth shaking, but calms down the demon. That was close! 15 icicles have fallen down during that scene.

One would expect KittyBeary to trip over the strings of festive lights, but having watched mdom closely, she already nears the tree in a dance motion. It looks more like a polka, but it nevertheless does the trick. The dance jury gives 10 icicles.

Kaderin must have been busy getting Derpy a donut, because she didn't pay much attention to mdom and KittyBeary. So the earth shakes again and as she clumsily stumbles forward, she almost drops the precious ball. In a desperate attempt to catch it, she tumbles into the spruce. Branches scratch her cheek, but fortunately the tree stands secured. It sure would've been bad luck if it fell down and Kaderin thus broke three glass baubles on her turn. Someone hands her a napkin to clean her face from the tree dive, and on closer inspection it turns out to be a raffle ticket.

Robots and industrial machines are well known for their precision, and maybe Espy knows exactly what to do accurate to a millimetre. Or Pengore doesn't register CRT as a sentient life form. Either way, 18 is placed on the tree in the most graceful manner observed so far. 30 icicles for such a great performance!

As Merskelly Metalien carefully moves closer to the tree, a huge carp jumps out of the pond and swallows the bauble. Oh no!

Biomecha appears startled by this unexpected turn of events and pays very close attention to any suspicious fish. This makes for a somewhat paranoid looking walk towards the tree, but at least the ornament is safe. For now. On her way back, Biomecha doesn't bob her head in every direction anymore, and thus a fish sneaks up to her. An origami fish. Which unfolds into a raffle ticket.

Number 13 looks lovely, I'll try placing that one!

Can't wait to fill that tree in the most colorful way!!

I'm going to very gently lift up ornament #12 and hang it from a branch of the tree. Please and thank you.
