Many get items through the Marketplace (most seem to favor new people) I don't quite get it, yet. *shrugs*

I just have an odd way of speaking.

It is fine, just trying to pin you down with out asking actual space. I make hot chocolate all the time, could make it with my eyes closed.... And i make it with cocoa powder and milk. Then I add cinnamon and other things.

Also go to the active charities and put in applications. you can get free stuff.

Stuff in the marketplace is expensive. I'd suggest going through the Shops for clothes when yo're just starting out.

If you must know I live in Minnesota.

I just use the packets of hot coco you can buy.

But the shops for me right now are slightly confusing.

Ah, so US meaning you will be on in the normal hours most of us are on.
Shops can be over whelming. I would suggest picking a color.
