galla's webby hangout

if you're looking for another place to chat this event, here's a thread for you

i'm probably going to spend the rest of my week working on d&d things and fiddling with ukagaka stuff, but i'll be checking in here throughout if any of y'all wanna vibe with me.

galla's current project: making an event avatar :s-shock:

Gallagher 10-30-2022 12:07 PM

also oops i messed up my math the first time calculating how much y'all need across the event, so fingers crossed i got it right this time.

Death by Mirrors 10-30-2022 02:09 PM

Good morning Galla!
*rolls a d20 through the thread*

Espy 10-30-2022 02:12 PM

-chases the d20 like a cat-
-runs headfirst into a piano-

Gallagher 10-30-2022 02:13 PM

morning, morning, or afternoon really seeing as i've been up for 7 hours already

i made myself a cute little event avatar, now i'm flipping between tidying up my room and working on a balloon for my ukagaka

where'd the piano come from?

Espy 10-30-2022 02:18 PM

It was summoned from the aether because you need spooky scary piano music to add to the ambience.

Gallagher 10-30-2022 02:27 PM

true, true. spooky times do call for spooky music. carry on, then.

Tam I am 10-30-2022 02:37 PM

Ukagaka?

Ghost?

Gallagher 10-30-2022 02:42 PM

ukagaka ghost yes yes

i'm making a manga inspired balloon to match the ghost i'm also making, though so far i only have the sizes and variants planned out. still have to actually make the assets lol.

Also because I ran into a piano as a kid and knocked myself out.

Gallagher 10-30-2022 02:44 PM

i think i've only been around a real piano once or twice, all my other experiences were with keyboards

Espy 10-30-2022 03:26 PM

One day I will actually own a keyboard so I can play whenever I want. For now, though, the only place I can access an actual piano is at my parents' place, which is... inconvenient.

Gallagher 10-30-2022 03:33 PM

we don't have nearly as many instruments as we used to, back in the day. i'm not sure if we have any keyboards left, but we do have a couple guitars.

Espy 10-30-2022 03:38 PM

...I should actually learn to play my guitar. It's currently just sitting there, gathering dust.

Gallagher 10-30-2022 03:47 PM

i can't be bothered, lol. i haven't been into music Like That for many years now.

Espy 10-30-2022 04:07 PM

Eh, I'm just always looking for outs.
