What Anime have you been watching lately?
Any anime you been watchin lately or your favourite anime. Right now im watching Black Bullet. Also tell me whether you like watching it subbed or dubbed my Brother always gets mad cuz i watched dubbed but i dont like stopping the video to read just becuz i cant read fast enough. Anyway tell me your preference

I haven't been watching any anime lately, but the ones I like are Naruto, Kuroko's Basketball, Attack on Titan, and Yuri on Ice. I prefer subs b/c I think the original voice actors are more expressive. Also, because sometimes the English pronunciations of some foreign names sound like nails on a chalkboard. (Then again, it could be my bias talking since I'm so used to hearing non-dubbed versions.) |
your free to how u feel bout it but sometimes the dubs do be horrible. ive been meaning to watch Kurokos basketball, i play basketball so people recommend it a lot for me to watch

Honestly i might have to watch subbed or read manga cuz dubbed doesnt have all the episodes or seasons on certain websites. Its real annoying when u cant finish a show

I ended up watching Little Witch Academia. It was a pretty cutesy story and I ended up enjoying it far more than expected.

I don't even play basketball, and I get hyped by watching it. :s-laugh: Maybe because the anime portrays the basketball moves as if gods were playing the game hah.
Animation is pretty cool, so I recommend subs. I totally forgot about Witch Academia. I remember watching 1(?) episode of it and then had to wait for its kickstarter for more episodes. Thanks for the reminder! |
I actually wanna check out my little witch academia and I saw some scenes from it and they move so quick their eyes glow as they're racing down the court its crazy

Yeah they count, i loved avatar the last air bender idk how i felt about legend of korra but Zuko dats my guy

recently rewatched deadman wonderland and kotoura-san. Thinking about rewatching Another. Trying to gain interest in last seasons anime.

A Manga i really loved was Uzamaki. Absolutely loved it first mange i ever really finished

We watch a lot of anime in our house. We've recently finished watching Yuri on Ice, season 2 of Attack on Titan, Log Horizon, KanColle, Konosuba and Yona of the Dawn. I'm part way through Haikyu!! and my partner and I have just started watching Akashic Records of a Bastard Magic Instructor ^_^
My Crunchyroll queue is also quite full at the moment plus we have quite a few series we still haven't gotten around to watching on DVD too. We normally watch with subs as we prefer it as the voices are generally much better sounding, but things like the Studio Ghibli films are good dubbed too (we watch them with our 3 year old). We've just got back from an anime convention which was lots of fun so we have some catching up to do. |

I watched the entirety of Vampire Knight on Netflix... dumb, sappy shoujo is my jam. Or, at least, I find it cheesy and funny. Wasn't expecting that ending though...

Not this time as I was there to sell rather than as a social... I did however get dressed up in a steampunk kimono outfit (I'll have to bug my other half for the photos) ^_^;;

I just watched two in the last few weeks. I saw Magical Girl Raising Project, which was fun and violent. Like battle royale of mahou shojo.
Then I watched Kemono Friends and it changed my life. |

Finished watching Serial Experiment Lain and jeez was it weird. I have so many questions for it too, it definitely deserves a rewatch but my brain needs a break haha.

We're currently watching the 3rd season of The World God Only Knows but Crunchyroll are a bit naff and don't have the OVAs that came between seasons... :( We've been watching loads of stuff here though, the most recent few being Granblue Fantasy, Knights & Magic and Tsugumomo plus I finished watching Haikyu! that I had been watching on my own...
Conventions are a great experience! It's how I met my other half and we've been together for getting on for 8 years now and have a little monster otherwise known as our daughter ^_^;; My uncle took me to my first convention once I was legal to drink as him and his best friend tend to spend a lot of time at the bar ^_^;; |

I am currently nearing the end of AKB0048, I have no idea why I never watched it earlier. Other than that I am catching up on Himouto! Umaru-chan, absolutely adore the series and am so pleased I managed to snag an Umaru-chan pillow from C4 Comicon this year. |
Detective Conan is on Netflix, so I've been watching it. Pretty fun, but they are completely out of order so I had to google a few characters to figure out who they were and why they were there/acting that way...
