Google Chrome deleting all of my bookmarks out of the blue...

Lately my Chrome has been crashing... a lot, it was rather annoying but still tolerable for me, however, now it's suddenly deleted every single one of my bookmarks without any kind of warning! I use my bookmark bar a lot so this is absolutely horrible for me, yet, at the same time, I'm not sure how I could possibly recover them.

Does anyone have any idea what I could do to get all of my bookmarks back besides placing them all back manually?

It's 1 in the morning right now so I'll go to bed now but, please, is someone has any idea for a solution please post it here, or how I can contact Google about this very, very, VERY annoying problem!

Do you have alternative browsers, and is Chrome up-to-date/recently updated?

I don't really use any other browsers so my bookmarks aren't on any other ones I fear T.T.

I think Chrome updates itself, but I guess it could be so that it doesn't, I guess I'll try updating it manually and see what happens.

Chrome only updates if you open it (I always left mine open....so it wouldn't update unless I told it to)

But I don't think that'll help really....but I also don't know what would help .-.

It's hard to know what it could be without actually looking at your browser, but my suggestion is to make sure that you are still signed in to Chrome. When you sign out, it gets rid of all your information and settings, including bookmarks. So if this is the problem, you can sign back in, and they'll be back.

Chrome is pretty much my main browser, do you mean google plus or whatever it's called perhaps...? Aside from that I can't have chrome open all the time since I close my computer when I'm not on it ^^;.

Still, thank you for the advice :).

Here's what it means to sign into Chrome.
