You probably wondered what those raffle tickets are for. Well, while Pengore is still distracted with evil plans, you get a chance to see some belated Holiday wishes fulfilled. Except world peace. We won't give you world peace.

So what are the prizes then?
If you previously posted in (or stalked) the Wishlist Smuggling Outpost, you might recognize a few. Of course there is no guarantee each user will win what they wished for, but each raffle prize was some person's wish. Don't like your prize? Don't complain. I'm sure in that case there's at least one user who would gladly take it off your hands. Besides, there's still a reasonable probability Pengore will destroy us all once the Festival of Frost comes to a close. So enjoy those shinies while you can.

The winning ticket itself gets deleted once drawn, so there are no duplicate numbers coming up later.

All prizes except the ones where people need to pick a color are already in each winner's inventories. Note that some prizes are bundles and thus will show up in your usable items tab where you need to unpack them first if you want to wear them.

Nope. They come in one single item version which gives you several color options. Hence no picking - you just equip whatever color you fancy. It's quite an old site item that never got revamped.
