...I fixed it.

Feel free to laugh.

Okay, so I'm trying to trade items in for the one game, and it keeps saying the item I'm picking is currently in a trade and I can't trade it in. I've tried several items but none of them are working.

Tohopekaliga 05-13-2016 04:56 PM

Mm...definitely caused by the server update. We'll get it fixed soon.

Tohopekaliga 05-13-2016 05:24 PM

Okay, that's fixed now.

Tam I am 05-13-2016 09:00 PM

Is that also why the crane game wasn't working?

Coda 05-13-2016 09:35 PM

Well, in the general sense of "caused by the server update," yes. The actual errors that needed to be fixed on our end were different.

Gotcha.

I have found a bug.
Type: Item/Avatar
.
Current Operating System / Browser: Windows 10 + Google Chrome
Relevant Details: There seems to be some pixels escaping the clothing. (I'm sorry, I really can't think of a better way to describe it at the moment)
I don't recall getting this to happen with other items.
Items on this avatar:

Below base:
-Spooky Specter

Above base:
-Basic Open Blouse
-Basic Hand Of Adam
-Basic Turtle Tank
-Basic Ies' Pants
-Basic Flat Tall Boots
*Not including face and hair items*

I hope this is the right place to put this? :'3

Tohopekaliga 07-17-2016 08:51 AM

Hmm... Try moving that Hand of Adam down the layers some? Specifically, under the Turtle Tank.

If that doesn't fix it, then there does seem to be something off.

Both gaps are because of the way that the Open Blouse was drawn.

The gaps near the breasts are there with all tight fit shirts from that period, and can be filled in by layering a Sweater Vest under your outfit in a matching color. It fills it in well without adding bulk to your outfit.

The gap near the hand is unrelated to Adam's Hand, it's a difference between the Open Blouse and Ies' Pants. My suggestion is Sukeban Shorts layered under the pants.

It isn't a bug, but an unfortunate aspect of our layering system that can happen at times. Because items are made in different ways and by different people, they don't always match up perfectly with one another. Errors on our end, typically stray pixels, DO happen on occasion, but after testing the items you're using, I'm confident that that isn't the case here.

Alright, thank you! :D
I'll try that out.

So I am having an issue and I am not sure if it is me or not.
I can't seem to get any of the shops to load correctly in my browser. I believe I am using Chrome. Each time after it loads none of the options show up.

Tohopekaliga 08-07-2016 11:28 AM

Hmm... Can you take a screenshot and post that?

What does work? Do you get the shop selection menu at all?

If you can't even pick shops, please make sure your browser has Javascript enabled. The only way it wouldn't have that enabled is if you specifically turned it off. The shop page should tell you Javascript is required if this is the case, though.

Poggio 08-07-2016 05:48 PM

I wouldn't worry about it now. I reformatted the laptop with a iOS so I don't have chrome at all anymore.

Coda 08-07-2016 09:16 PM

... um... if it's a laptop, how does it have iOS? I'm quite confused now.

Poggio 08-09-2016 05:47 PM

My phone autocorrected my spelling that is how. I switched operating systems. The new one came with Mozilla.
