Clicking Links = Logging out? { Added New Issue }

Every time I click on a link it opens a new tab for me in firefox. When the window loads I am logged out in the new window. Is it suppose to do that? I clear my cookies, Cache and history every time I log out of a site so I know it's not that.

I have gotten this issue the last three to four days. It usually happens once a day an I have to reset my modem to fix it. Is it suppose to happen though?

Check the beginning of the url next time, that's likely why.
There's a difference between trisphee.com and www.trisphee.com

I happen to know that I'm logged in under www.trisphee.com and when I clicked Coda's battle link, I was logged out because it was trisphee.com

That's why, it's a domain change.

So I can log into both my main and mule on Firefox? That's cool.

Lucid: 11-29-2010 03:49 AM

I'm on trisphee.com, but all the www.trisphee.com links keep me logged in. it's possible I've got "remember me" checked on both of them though? **shrug**

Coda 11-29-2010 12:29 PM

You really shouldn't try to use both at the same time. I suspect it may be related to the issue that makes the log out button fail to work.

Sometimes when I click, 'Home' and have it open in the same window, it'll log me out.

I never use any mules in Trisphee. I mean just clicking links in peoples sig for their art or quest threads an I get logged out.

I'm also adding another issue to the first post.

I always get that error every time i logged out
of trisphee then come back on with that DNS error. </3
I had to reset router/flush dns as well.

Yommy 11-29-2010 11:01 PM

Hate to say it but I'm glad that I'm not alone in getting this error.

Chi 11-30-2010 01:30 AM

I really wouldn't try that Espy.

And Lucid, trisphee.com and www.trisphee.com are different. There's a reason why being logged into trisphee.com but clicking a link which is www.trisphee.com shows you as logged out. An easy way to fix that is erase the www.

And Lanyer, that's been happening to me still too. I'll go to www.trisphee.com and I get that flush the dns link. I've done that and it still doesn't fix anything. I know this doesn't solve the problem, but normally when I get that problem on www.trisphee.com I just go to trisphee.com instead and it works. Try that next time.

Yommy 11-30-2010 01:33 AM

I shall, thanks hun. ^_^ Maybe Coda can fix the issue as well.

Chi 11-30-2010 01:38 AM

No problem at all, hopefully that works for you like it does for me. xD
Well, they're working on it right now it seems.

Yommy 11-30-2010 01:43 AM

That's good to know. ^_^
An thanks again, I'll try it next time.

Chi 11-30-2010 01:47 AM

You're welcome. :3

Yommy 11-30-2010 02:39 AM

Ok, just to let it be known I was making a edit to a post an it went to the error page again.

Coda 11-30-2010 10:34 AM

Unfortunately that's a DNS issue and the fault actually lies with your ISP. It should clear up in time. You might try calling your ISP and asking them to flush their DNS caches or something. (I don't know if they'll DO it, though.) Also clear your own DNS caches, including restarting your modem and router.
