On a more positive note...am within probably 80-90 pages of being done with my final book.
Probably could have finished it yesterday, but I decided to re-do my nails again. Am trying to do them at least once per week just to hopefully help keep me in practice of techniques and also in the hopes that it reminds me to care for them more/better to get them all healthy and long-ish (like...long but not "I can't function as a human" long) again.

hey, nail polishing skills are good to have.

i might finally finish the book in my sig today. when do finish it, i'm not sure if i want to continue with the next Sidney Sheldon book... or read the Supernatural novels i got a few months ago?

also, i suspended five holds i had at the library for NaNo. with the library's help, i re-activated three of them - but one isn't even in the system yet, it's still on order. so... we'll see if i don't get them both at the same time! XD

Yes, they'll come in very handy if I ever...meet up with online friends irl? Idk. I mean, I've thought about doing nail tech stuff but tbh, I don't really want to do gels and acrylics and all that stuff, I'd just want to do basic, normal nail polish stuff. XP
I mean, gel and acrylics have their advantages in how long they last and how much easier nail art can be with them as you have more flexibility in drying time, but they're also INCREDIBLY DAMAGING to the natural nail.

Hmmm, I'd vote for the Supernatural books, but idk.

well, i own all the books i've got lined up, so that'll get interrupted when i get a library book. maybe i'll alternate.

got my quickie The Merry Rise of Skywalker read... now it's on to a supernatural novel. let's see how long it takes for my library books to come in...

i checked out a book at the library too! but i'm this close to finishing the Supernatural book, i'll do that first, and then it's the Warriors book! XD (yes, i'm a grown-ass adult reading Warriors.)

I mean....I'm a grown-ass adult who still reads the Redwall series so *shrug* no judgement here.

Also need to remember to edit my reading list again. I finished an additional book, prior to my library visit, that wasn't on my list. After finish all the books on my list. XD

i'm not familiar with Redwall, but fair enough.
