The method I suggest to use is to start off by leaving your second strongest character in your base panel and putting your strongest guy up near the Exp symbol. Then let the Neko's level up to roughly x2 the level of your guy in the base panel (eg if your guy in the base panel if lvl 50 then level the neko's to 100ish). Then destroy the geo symbol with your strongest guy and use your remaining remaining guys to slowly lure Neko's across the bridge and try and capture about 4 of them. It may take you a couple of guys to get the method down pat. Once you have captured 4/you are no longer able to capture neko's then start killing the remaining enemies using your strongest guy who was placed near the geo symbol.

Once you finish the map then heal your characters with the HL received by killing the remaining Neko's/Beast Master and buy some equipment for your Neko's. Then you can repeat the process, this time putting x2 Neko's near the geo symbol for clearing the map and leaving x2 in the base panel for capturing the next set of Neko's.

On the 2nd cycle you can capture lvl 200 Neko's (continuing on from the above example), then lvl 400, 800, 1600, 3200, 6400 and 9999.

I suggest to capture say 5-10 lvl 9999 Neko's in a couple of cycles. They can be used for reincarnating into new characters with a good stat boost and 9999 stored levels, and to steal equipment from enemies in the IW.

Some people suggest to fuse neko's together and capture 1 at a time, but I like to level them all up of you can kill the remaining Neko's for HL used to heal the Neko's you can just captured and to buy them more equipment. "
