Freebies
I can't imagine anyone hating free things and if it isn't to their liking, you can always choose not to get it.
However getting a free item gives me a rush, not like a "winning the lottery" kind of feeling but rather cheered up for a few days. I read about freebies other people git but oft it does not happen to me that often. Today, I received a free glass I had no idea I even won. Had I known I would have opted for that free engraving on it as well. I also put in for some free organic dog biscuits but apparently they ran out of them. Does any one else had this freebie addition as I do? Have you ever gotten a freebie or won something? Isn't it a rush, specially if its a really cool item? (I would put a picture but it's a beer glass and I don't want to encourage drinking or anything. Even though my drink of choice is tea) |
I've rarely got a free item before, did on another site, was really happy when I had just started a game and the first person I met on there gave me a little kitty that stood on the character's back, tinierme, but really made me happy
I tend to not join any event where someone offers an item for a win because it would affect who would get the item and leaves it up to others to win an item, only once, have I ever tried fro an event though, didn't win which I was fine with that was lucky for you to win ^-^ |

Well grats on that! That's pretty awesome :) Winning anything is always fun. The only freebie thing I remember getting at least recently was from an iphone game I was playing for a while. They had a thing where they said to run a race as fast as you can, take a screenshot and send it to an email. The top 10 or so fastest times would get a free plushie and I got one in the mail the next week! :D

Lol I probably have too many pens >.> and way too much chapstick right now...I haven't counted them ever but I have bags stuffed full cause, well my fiance says, I have a problem :3

There's this website I used to go on every now and then that'd have free offers if you were among the first few to claim 'em. I managed to snag one, and I got a free t-shirt and deck of cards, and coupons for something I'd never buy. The shirt is huuuge on me, but I'm probably gonna cut it up and use it as free fabric to fix my backpack. :'D That plus the deck of cards is a win for me, for sure.
I also love free things, even tiny things like that. |

I tend to buy the Humble Indie Bundles for pretty cheap, for $1 you can get a half-dozen games and their soundtracks. That's pretty close to free for me, too. |

Every few months I tend to get 'em (for higher than that price; you can pay what you want, $1 is the minimum if you want Steam activation keys), and they're all pretty nice. :3
