✥ ___ Vincent ___ ✥ ●●● +name: Vincent Nelson (goes by Otter) age: 25 personality: At work he’s very serious and to-the-point, seeming very much in charge when he needs to be. Anywhere else he is timid and passive, recoiling from the slightest things. Once you get to know him, he's sweet and friendly, though he's quiet at first. bio: Wolf was born in Anderson, South Carolina, and grew up there for his first eight years. His parents led a less-than-suitable life for a child, but they somehow managed to keep him away from child services. On his eighth birthday, his father went into a rage as he sometimes would, raping his mother, beating her, and strangling her, leaving his terrified son in the bedroom with her body as he went into the living room to hang himself. Not knowing what was going on, Vincent called 911. When the paramedic got there, he watched as they carried the bodies away, desperately trying to save them even though they were gone. Witnessing this, he immediately knew that he wanted to be like them someday. One of the paramedics took care of him through the ordeal, and later adopted him, he and his young wife taking up the challenge of raising Vincent. Vincent struggled to adjust and had to be homeschooled up until high school, but he proved to be a very diligent student and even graduated early. Vincent values trust highly, and breaking it is the easiest way to get on his bad side. Even toward close friends, Vincent is rather timid and quiet, though he's quick to speak his mind or defend himself should he feel the need to. Vincent is also highly organized in just about every way one can be. +2 paragraphs of Bio:: ++ Vincent was born in Anderson, and grew up there for his first seven years. His parents led a less-than-suitable life for a child, but they somehow managed to keep him away from child services. One night, due to his father's misuse of alcohol as well as a generally messed up frame-of-mind, beat, raped, and strangled his wife to death. After this, he killed himself. Seven-year-old Vincent, not knowing what else to do, called 911. When the EMTs showed up, it was too late for both of them, though Vincent immediately took to one of the paramedics, viewing him as a sort of hero. The young man and his wife soon adopted Vincent, having had trouble making a family of their own anyway. Since he was adopted, his life has been a good bit better. Of course, he still carries emotional scars, leaving him sensitive and socially-awkward, but the stable home has helped him greatly. With this new family to support him, he excelled in school despite social handicaps. His past is almost certainly the reason that he has become apart of the "emo" trend. Username:: ((___jade___))> |
