No bootable device? THEN WHY AM I ON?

Okay, so.. for the last few days my laptop has been acting weird during start up. I have a Dell Inspiration 2200.

When I go to start up, it gives me a gray screen that says the module bay isn't inserted right, tells me to either power down to restart, or hit ESC to finish start up. I've tried both options. All powering down does for me is bring me right back up to the same screen, and, if it decides to load properly, actually starts up.

Now, thats not the main issue. So today I went to hit ESC, just to see if it would load properly for me. It didn't. I got a black screen right afterwards telling me I had NO bootable device. Strike F1 to reboot.. or F2 for utilities/set up... yadda yadda. I strike F1 to reboot, it beeps at me, and gives me the same "no bootable device" message. I hit F2, and it gives me a confusing blue screen of options that I won't touch, since I don't know what I'm doing. xD;

I'm thinking I just have a bad copy of Windows XP. Or that AntiWPA, that fixed my PREVIOUS Windows issue, is now conflicting with crap. But I can't uninstall it, because then everytime I start up, it'll tell me Windows needs to be activated. Gyaaarrrr! Any ideas on how to fix this, guys?
