Fire Emblem Heroes and Other Fire Emblem Games
 

So, does anyone else here play any of the Fire Emblem games? I currently play on Fire Emblem Heroes. My in-game name there is Denver.

I played Path of Radiance, Awakening, and Fates. I'm glad they added the choice to have units retreat rather than die, the emotional turmoil of it in PoR was too much for me lol.

I should also get back into Heroes, it's installed but I took a break from it.

Awakening has been the only Fire Emblem game I've played so far, I still need to get a copy of Fates! Also all the others of course.

I have Fire Emblem Heroes, but I don't play it that often because it's kind of blah to me.
Fun, but not great.
I used to have another one ages ago, but I pawned it off like 7 or 8 years ago along with all my other DS games and 50% of my dvds when I was broke so I could make rent.

fire emblem is my favorite game series ever.
i played heroes for a while but got bored of it lol. though i heard they have recently started adding even more of the older games characters. i like fates and awakening but they get way too much attention compared to the other games.
but also still going to buy warriors even if its only fates/awakening characters. :p

Fire Emblem Warriors is amazing~!
But it isn't really like the other games. If you like action games or other Samurai Warriors games, you'll like it. I like the pair-up system and upgrades stuff. Sakura is my main.
But it kinda sucks that it's hard to get A ranks on stages in 2 player b/c not enough enemies load in at one time.

I have only played Fire Emblem: Heroes so far, but I saw some memes of Fire Emblem stuff like:
and some witty one liners in JRPG text box format which makes me want to explore the FE series/universe.

Bluebird, you totally should. I'm alternating between Awakening and the Fates series atm.

The more I dig, the more overwhelmed I am. So much rich history, bloodlines, and strife. *_*

Sidenote: My barracks are nearing full capacity because I can't bring myself to sacrifice any of my husbandos and waifus. OTL

You don't need to know any of the history or anything to start playing. Awakening and Blazing sword, just throw you in and go 'oh you have amnesia, oh you are a great tactician, sorry no you seem to be glued to my arm' lol I've played heroes and I never sacrificed anyone either but eventually had to get rid of it because I didn't have enough memory to keep downloading the new stuff all the time.

But I recommend Awakening and Blazing Sword to anyone that's never played a game, to be their intro. Such good games. Lynn, and Hector will always be my favorites.
