My sister Lin can't get into her account she seems to have forgotten her password.And cannot remember what it is.

Same with her email.
We Recently got a new computer and all the saved passwords she had are on the other computer but but the other computer has seem to not be working and she needs to log on she has art she is waiting on and stuff.

So if you could be so kind could you send a reset pass thing to her Girl friends Email ? If that is allowed ofc.
I told her to get everything she needed before switched computers. X.X

first, dont give out passwords that is for mods only, second did you have this problem before?

My sister is super forgetful she has a file on are other computer that is not working with all her passwords on so she does often forget.
Wouldn't be the first time she forgot her pass here.

no i mean take that off before your sister's gf gets a bunch of random spam, pm that sort of private thing, /especially/ since it does not belong to you

two ways, ne you can go to foums and click a blue or magenta name and hit 'contact' on their profile or you can look for a blue or magenta name in other help threads and hit the 'pm' option under the avi

Either an admin (purple name) or an admin assistant (dark teal name) might be able to help.

I wanted to respond since you sent me the PM...Like Ultima said, blue names can't see passwords. I'm sorry I can't help. Hopefully an admin gets to you soon though!
