this is random but kind of weird

i just found out that someone registered with the same username as my user title:
https://trisphee.com/forums/member.php?u=15529

:s-shock:

my user title is 'kidaryeo' which is 'wait' in korean, so while i used it as a user title, it's not a typical thing to do to use it like this. it's reminding me that the things i love and are important to me take time, but... it's still not a typical way to do it.

That is weird. o-o ???
Wonder if it's actually a person user tho.

KittyBeary 04-26-2019 05:16 AM

Could be a person, could be a bot. :0 But that is quite strange.....

ETA: Looks like they registered in 2017?? o____O Oh, then again you registered in 2014, so yeah.... strange indeed.

i've changed my user title the max number of times, tho, and thinking about it, i'm reasonably sure that i changed my user title to my current one round-about 2017. could be a while before but not long before. so that makes it all the weirder. :f-!:

i think i might peruse the recent version of the User Title and Name Change Thread to make sure :f-sweat:

@Merskelly it's probably more likely a bot if it's so weird? but i didn't know how easy it was for bots to register and it hasn't done anything after registering, from what i see, not a single thing apart from registering. bots usually do shit. lowkey spooky. :f-warning:

EDIT: now i'm wondering whether it was me who signed up bc i wanted to change usernames and didn't know about the thread where i could do it. and now i just forgot? OMG I WANT TO KNOW. this is stupid cos if this is the case i should remember BUT I DON'T. >.< my brain tells me i always wanted it to be my user title never my username but i don't KNOW.

Galla or Coda could probably figure that out for you.

Merskelly Metalien 04-26-2019 05:13 PM

8/ hmm...well, it looks like they were last active it was when the account was created, so, it's possible it mighta been you. :o

daikokunyo 05-04-2019 03:50 AM

yep, i'm beginning to think it's more and more likely that itwas me o.o i'm gonna casually ask Galla when i send over their writing commission!

KittyBeary 05-05-2019 02:27 AM

Yeah, likely it was you?? Seems to be that way, anyway! But best make sure and ask Galla. ^^"

I concur that the close proximity of the date the account was created and the date you started using the name as a user title heavily suggests that the account is yours.

The most likely story is that you'd been unaware of or had simply forgotten the thread that allows username changes and then decided you preferred the name as a user title instead.
