map hell on srb2kart refers to what happens when everyone picks 'random map' on the voting screen of srb2kart, which is a mod of Sonic Robo Blast 2, which is a mod of Doom, iirc.

I...see? lol. Not entirely sure if that's a good thing or not. :P
