How do they work?

Basically, they're items that get new poses added to them periodically.

No, it hasn't yet. The artist who was working on it is currently on leave. There are additional poses pixeled, but Fen hasn't gotten the files yet.

Nope, all you need to do is own one (or more). :)

Okay and if I bought an old evolving I would have all the poses?

Yes, the actual item gets poses added to it in the system. So, all evo items in the system, and any future evo items that get circulated have all the poses.
