Forum Rules and Terms of Service Updated (4/17/2012)
 

The Trisphee forum rules and Terms of Service have been updated. All users are expected to read and understand them. (Rules Terms of Service)

This is a minor adjustment to fix an inconsistency. The Terms of Service had stated that users under 13 were not permitted, but other language in the ToS and the rules referred to users "13 or under". This has been cleaned up; the relevant laws refer to children under the age of 13 so our policies reflect this now. The effect of this change is that it's now clear that 13-year-olds are permitted to register.

I think you are trying to say that those thirteen and under are NOT permitted to register, but dropped your "not" in this announcement.

No, I said exactly what I meant: People who are 13 years old may register for Trisphee. (People under 13 may not.)

That is not quite it Angel, now instead of having to be 14 to register you can register at 13.

Er. I meant under thirteen, not thirteen and under. XD

I see now what is the difference. You have to be at least 13, not at least 14.

Well, its good thats cleared up now. : )
