Site Announcement

Hello Trisphites,

The staff have been going over the current issues within the Trisphee-verse and have come up with a few things you Trisphites need to know about.

Spambots

As many of you have noticed, there has been an increasing number of spam bots joining Trisphee and defacing our forums. The staff realize how irritating this can be, so we try to get rid of them in a timely manner. That being said, it's important to remember that we're only human and are not omniscient.

Many of our moderators access Trisphee via their mobile devices throughout the day and may not be able to use mod tools as efficiently as on a computer or may have only a few minutes to check in between classes or jobs.

We also have less staff on late nights / early mornings (as most of our staff is based in North America), so things can pile up overnight. The staff that we do have on during those times work hard. However, please remember that it is not the job of non-moderators to answer reports.

If you see a bot in the forums, please report them. If it's only spam, a moderator will handle it when they're next online. If it is something more urgent (e.g. porn, gore, etc.), then please alert any online staff member and they will handle it before it gets out of hand.

Layering Glitch

We've noticed this and are trying to address it, but it's not as easy as it seems. The browser with the most reported problems is Firefox, so if you are having a layering issue where an item will appear behind the avatar after you've saved you can usually just use a different browser to fix it. This is not the most effective way to do it but it is the only way that is actually working right now.

We are trying to figure out the exact cause of the issue but for now we ask that everyone just have a little patience while we try and sort it out.

Thank you,
Trisphee Staff
