2k12 Yearlies Released!
 

The long awaited yearlies are here with a theme full of myth and magic. This year we wanted to flood you guys with many diverse things that would all fit together in a unique way. For those of you who guessed tarot to the yearly clues you were quite right. Though we added our own little Trisphee spin(especially on the names). So without out further delay we give you the yearlies!

All the yearlies are available in the yearly shop and will be there through the whole year, we hope you guys enjoy them and can't wait to hear what you guys think!

I never understood the point of "2k12". It's the same number of keystrokes! (And "2K12" is more!)

I FAIL.

It's less syllables, though. "Two-kay-twelve" is shorter to say than "Two-thou-sand-twelve," though that's still not entirely relevant as far as a thread name goes.

I'm not sure which one is glassy though =/ i could have Q and K mixed up D: .. D i am sure of is right :3

Quesaria is the largest of the three planets, so you're right, DK.

Lucid, but "twenty-twelve" is the same number of syllables spoken aloud!

Yeah, I guess that's true, if you're one of those people who says it that way. >.>
I guess I got too used to saying the "two thousand" part because "twenty-eleven" sounds dumb.

For the most part I just said "next year" in 2010, "this year" in 2011, and I'll say "last year" in 2012. :P

Besides, while "thousand" is technically two syllables when enunciated carefully, the cadence in casual speech turns it into "thous'n" with the second syllable not really enunciated, just blended in between the surrounding syllables. By contrast, it's not POSSIBLE to blend "two kay twelve" together because each syllable has a hard consonant enunciated with different parts of the tongue.
