Hello there, I might be interested in a few things but am completely unsure of pricing.
The Stately Ingot was an egg item, right? Do you accept au? Or are you interested in any other egg items? |

so, alright, let me be super straight with you, Love.
you know we don't have a price guide, and you're being asked for prices rather than getting offers, yeah? my best suggestion would be to look at an item, and add roughly a quarter to half of its original cost per releases since to its price, then see how you feel about the offer from there. so, Stately Ingot, for example (since that one DOES have an offer for you, sorry for the callout Bio) would land somewhere between 4250 au and 6500 au and honestly, that's not that bad off from Bio's offer, but again, depends how you wanna swing it. my personal rate for runes:aurum is 10-:2500, but again, go with what feels right. either way, we haven't had crazy inflation or anything that you should be aware of since you were last active. |

Box of hope and Box of despair are the oldest on the list, and ones that i were not around for. unfortunately, looking them up in the system and in the item guide does not provide me either with a time frame or an original price, so my guess would be ??? literally as much as Love wants for them ???
Sunny Petals and Modern Artist are both rigs from after rigs were changed to cost aurum. by the above system, Sunny Petals would be between 4500-7000au and Modern Artist would be between 2750-4500au. Tundra Troll and Mythica Morte are both monthlies that cost runes. Tundra Troll would be between 38,125-73,750au and Mythica Morte would be between 43,750-82,750au. as you can see, monthlies have a steeper rate of inflation than rigs, but to me this is fair because not only do they cost runes rather than aurum, but the rigs can be bought for a longer amount of time, so there's a higher chance a given person will have spares. |

so i mean i guess double those numbers if you wanna go high on it, i dunno your biz and Love, i would say that you should go up to a minimum of 50k for them, but probably higher |

First monthlies only go for around 20-30k and still almost impossible to find a buyer. i feel like even if one posts a lot- in every thread that a new post is made, for example- it's still difficult to earn that much aurum because there's not a ton of activity on the site. i haven't been here long and that's why i thought it was usual for monthlies to be sold for like 7k to 10k (not the super old ones, but those from 2017-18 for example). and often the current monthlies, if sold for aurum, go for just around 5k because it's often a direct conversion of their price, in runes, in the shop; and the runes-to-aurum exchange value doesn't change much. but that's the thing- i have no idea how older items are valued, and i haven't been here long enough to see a lot of marketplace activity either. people rarely sell things here.
also, if you paid more to acquire these items, you don't have to decrease your pricing on them. even if it'll be near impossible to find a buyer, you could think about selling them for runes to be compensated with something closer in value to the price of acquiring them, or you might decide it's not worth selling them for a lesser price than what you think they should be worth. runes might, paradoxically, be easier to earn than aurum, since aurum requires a level of activity that's not possible on the site right now, but runes can be bought by anyone who can spare the money. (i do think deflation is miles better than inflation though. this means that aurum is becoming more valuable and runes are not the only currency of real value.) ... all of that said, what do you feel about my offers? >.> |
Considering we’ve just had a few events in a row, though, most people should actually have a bit more Aurum than usual.
