Plot-Bunnies Runway circus Time line: I was thinking an older time period, but any period is fine. Genres: Romance, Angst, Realistic Plot so far:A young wealthy fe/male runs from their strict and suffocating family. Stressed beyond reasoning, they run off for the night to a circus. Falling in love with the carefree life and way of the circus, they decide to become a runaway and join the circus. Fun only in the Twenties Timeline: Twenties. Genres: Romance, Angst, Realistic Plot so far: Big time mafia lord's right hand man is pulling strings in the back. Right from the beginning, this trusted member planned of ruining the mafia leader. What will happen when problems rise with the leader's daughter? Can the member stick to the plan, or will desire win over? Tights and Fights Timeline: Any time period will be fine with me. Genres: Romance, Fantasy, Action Plot so far: A hero comes across a new villain in town. Catching the eye of not only the town, this new villain is causing trouble. (Not much planed, open to suggestions!) Not as it seems Timeline: Present time period or close to. Genres: Romance, Fantasy, Action, Realistic Plot so far: (First plot) Two males, completely different, somehow end up as lovers. Both meeting on a MMORPG, they somehow tricked each other since both play females in game. It started off as a joke with them dating, then some how lead to them meeting in real life. What a shock it was when both lacked what they had in game. (Second plot) Not much thought in this one, technically this would be a heterosexual coupling. A male and female bond over multiple games, being friend for over six years. After promising and saving up they get to finally meet, but will this ruin their friendship? Would they ever had been friends if meet in real life? |

hm... you tend you cut off sentences with inappropriately placed periods but you write coherently and above a sixth-grade level which is very good and i can understand what is being said
um, here; it was with quick feet he dashed away from the 'dog vender with his prize and escaped down the street. he knew he wouldn't be able to cross eighth and vine for at least a week but it was worth it to finally have some food in his belly, so preoccupied with his food he was that he nearly didn't see the idiot biking practically on the sidewalk and had to sidestep over, this did not spare the bicyclist who took a tumble onto the pavement in a hapless sprawl. quietly he snickered as the other before melting into the crowds. i have the opposite problem of favoring comas and making run-ons but this is a general idea of what i would be posting(forgive the odd phrasing though, this is from an actual rp where my char is a homeless kid and so his use of language is a bit stunted to match) you meet all but two of my requirements for a partner which is fairly good, do i meet any of yours? |
Ah, haha, yes, I write how I would talk. It's a very bad habit, but I can try format my punctuation better for you. ( ･ ◡ ･ ) And, and yep~! All seems well for me with your example! Only thing I could pick at would be your lack of capitalizing, but this is just a example, so I am sure with actual posts everything will be capitalize. So~! Did any plot bunnies and, or cravings grab your attention? I'm open to any suggestions, ideas and over all anything~. ( ^ ௰ ^ ) |
nope, i do not capitalize on principal unless i have a word or phrase that requires one to be read correctly. i am one of those people who take offense at the english language on a personal level and show my consternation by purposely omitting the largest of my grievances in the manner of ancient greek text<3

unfortunately there are a couple things, it is riddled with typos and changes in tense, and the sentences got a little harder to read as well
i forgot to mention i am a little dyslexic so if a sentence is not clear i can end up messing up quite badly(i read as often as not by reorganizing sentences to make sense so errors throw me) |

Nah, no big. After rereading through, I grew embarrassed. I usually give better work, but I guess not roleplaying for a year (or so) now, I just grew sloppy. I fixed it, but some things are still off, sorry. I have a horrid problem with mixing tenses, not sure why. I just feel like it's wrong if it's not in past tense. (A bad habit, I think. One to match my consist switching of using contractions and then not using them.) Tell me if something bothers you, heck, quote me to show my mistakes if you must. Maybe a hard kick to my butt will kick me back into gear. (Just be gentle? I do have my pride~. (づ ￣ ³ ￣)づ ) |
there are still quite a few but it is a bit better now and i managed to finish, how about this though, make shorter replies, about two paras should do it, that way you do not get lost

Ah, shorter.. Hmm, yeah, I can try. First posts are always the worst for me, I have a hard time trying to place a right setting, for I'm unsure how the other would like it. Thus my posts being long when it comes to starting. Don't worry, they thin out, but it really matters what you give me. I like detail, so I like to try and at least have a small reaction to what ever the other player does. Even if it's small like noticing them and such. As for the porcine, nope I meant that. Nickolas puked over a pig. |

ok so two things;
mother is a giant spider who eats the souls of the -lost- dead. living beings sometimes wander in but they are spared and after see it only as a dream. she is the tent and the tables and the food and the props XD by clock i mean a dandelion clock XD it was too clunky to detail it when in his head he would know what kind of plant seeds they would be if she died |
Thank you, I was puzzled. Though I see you don't really give any detail on the character~, any reason why? Or do you like giving small bits of appearance as it goes on? i like to add details as they become relevant though i tend to do a lot of it in ooc chat since i am a true believer in the story only telling as much as it needs to tell at a time like a real book XD
speaking of which we will most certainly need an ooc chat thread so as to keep things going smoothly since i will need to give you a description of my guy soon besides, if i give it all away at once there is no drive to post for more<3 gotta' bait the hook with /something/ |

ah, i am what is called a semi-lit XD rose, pink pantzer, poggio, gallagher, and honey all write in this style as well so i am sure you will get used to it soon if you stick around long enough

Ohhh this seems interesting. I have one rp at the current moment and that is with my one and only partner Rose lol.
I play only male character and do nothing more then yaoi/shounen ai most the time. Opposite sex couples is interesting for me but do able I guess lol Also...I like your mafia idea...that sounds neat as all hell! Well let me know what you think A1ice! |

Hmm with my character I could see him being either of the roles really. Having him being the leads (in this case) son and having your character go after mine. Which in turn would cause my characters father to turn and go after you earning a mob war in the process because my character would fallow yours and the story moves on!
Though I have a twist for you. Instead of like old school shoot em mobsters can we do a futuristic type feel. Have hybrids and chymarias? (part human part animal hybrids usually with a special ability IE strength, element control, mind control, ect) I think it would give an interesting twist to things. If you would like to keep it simple thats fine as well! I am free going in most things! |
