http://i122.photobucket.com/albums/o..._Fireplace.jpg

I love my fireplace. Every year in winter we put a fire in it and it warms the house completely.
Well, not everything but not everything has to be warm x3
I love the sound of the fire when I sit on the couch watching tv...

This perfume makes the house smell really nice. It took me a while to
realize it came from this little bottle <3
Hmmmm....

http://i122.photobucket.com/albums/o...View_clock.jpg

This is our clock. It's old.
I don't like the sound of it, but we tried a lot already to make
it sound softer. Nothing worked so far..

OMG! -runs in, sees beautiful bird photo and stops to see others <3-

That kitty picture is amazing, and, wow, for the bird photo and I love the Dolfinarium photos. ^^

Silverbleed 09-14-2010 01:15 PM

Thank you <3 They've all got a little filter just for fun, but of course I have the 'originals' too :3 The tiny bird turned out really pretty.

Sadrain 09-15-2010 03:17 PM

I wish I could have a chance to take photos of birds. >o<

Silverbleed 09-18-2010 06:37 AM

It ain't easy... I was pretty lucky this one just sat there and didn't fly away. Tho I also have this good lens that zooms so far you don't have to get close to the bird. I mean, for caterpillars you need to be a meter away from them to make a kickass photo: caterpillar <- It was so cute!
You just need to be really quick, and have the right settings on your camera (diafrag, shutterspeed etc etc)

My next goal is a photo of a bird in the snow <33

Gozed 09-18-2010 06:43 AM

I love the clock one. :D

Silverbleed 09-18-2010 06:49 AM

Thanks <3 it's a really old clock we've got on our living room. Don't ask me why, my parents love that clock :/ I hate the sound of it, hahaha

Jessibuns 09-18-2010 08:04 AM

I love your photos.
How simple they are.
And the captions are nice too.
And i love how they look vintage.

Sadrain 09-18-2010 08:10 AM

I have a regular digital camera, I don't have all those extra lenses and zooming option at all. 38 Makes me sad kitty. But hey, it's better than nothing. Maybe one day I will have a better one... -daydreams-

Silverbleed 09-19-2010 05:59 PM

Thank you ^^ Yes, I've done that on purpose for some sort of 'theme' to this topic. If you'd like to see originals or close-ups, I can do that.

@Sadrain; Well maybe if you have a job and maybe got some nice money together you could buy one. There are several good camera's I can recommend (if you do, choose a Nikon or Canon) and lately some really good ones are for sale for a fair price =)

Dem 09-19-2010 09:39 PM

I really like the picture of the clock, it's rather pretty. :3

Sadrain 09-20-2010 12:38 AM

I am 16 and, nope, not even part time work for me. 38
But, yeah, I saw some good Nikon cameras for a discount in the shops over here (I am from Europa, Latvia actually), but I know I can't afford one right now and probably not in the next few years, too. 38

♠ Eun-Fox♠ 09-20-2010 12:40 AM

Very nice. Nice composition and use of depth of field, especially on the sea animal pictures. Also, with the water, there are some really good action shots

Silverbleed 09-20-2010 05:35 AM

@Dem; I'm happy I took it ^^ And I didn't really do it on purpose lol. I was like 'hmm... what else.... meh I'll just do the clock....' xD

@Sadrain; well, maybe if you're 17 or maybe 18 you can get one, since you should get paid better :3 I only got my camera for (not even) a year, I got it when I was still 19. Strange tho, you can't find a job at your 16th? I had to start working when I was 15, some kids even start at 14 (that's the legal age you can start working, like doing the mail and such, sending ads around...)

@Eun Fox; Thank you ^^ I'm still slightly a beginner with photography, but I try my best. I'll post some portrait photo's I've made soon. Those are pretty hard but some turned out great =)

NikkoGallarado 09-20-2010 04:26 PM

I love your photo's I do some my self but I'm not as good as you. But I try, only thing I don't know how to do is clean up with PS. But someday I will learn and more. But over all wonderful pieces of work.

Sadrain 09-22-2010 05:47 AM

We are allowed to work 3 months during summer here and then there is no real job my current health level allows me to do without much problem. -feels like such a fail- But when I finish 12th grade, I will definitely try need to find a job, so I can kinda wait till then.

Ritsuka 09-23-2010 04:05 AM

You're quite talented. I enjoy looking at these photos quite a bit. The clock photo is my favorite right now. Time and clocks really amaze me and interest me. Good work. -claps-
