well we get robbed blind only when the asissant manager works..well my boss wants me to call her if she doesn't have anyone up front..

*Shrugs* Job comes first. If the assistant manager is a weak link then she should go. If your store is robbed, thats less income for the store, which can effect they need to make up for what was lost. Also, your job is more important than that of a weak link.
