Yes there is, Mine is one pixel taller, yours is one pixel wider. Yours is bottom heavy, while mine is mid heavy..

Plus if you look at them side by side.. you can see there is a difference in them.

Batty; The reason it looks weird to you more or likely is because the bottom part of the egg is not the same on both sides.. you have the bottom line, than on one side you have a line that as three pixels but the other side of the egg only as two. If you want it more "round" I can tweak it a little for you.

The first one is what you did, the second one I removed 4 pixels in total and the third one, I did an outline with a little more adjustments made.
