You might also try bending backwards over a couch arm for a few minutes. That usually helps me out when I have muscle cramps in my back.

It's cheaper than buying icy hot, too. It tends to make me sleepy when I do it, so I try to do it before I go to bed or when I'm not going to be doing anything for a few hours so that I can take a nap afterwards.

By all means post with out me, I haven't even made my character XD.
I had an idea for my knight before the rp but it seems I have to change it to fit when the story of the rp and that truthfully threw me off. And now I am too bummed tired to answer any of my rps. |
