open upstairs vents and partiall close lower ones? or change the filter? or maybe clean the return ducts?

Up stairs has no vents. We recently changed the filter. I have no idea what a return duct is.

But the suggested was-plastic on the windows...black out curtains...and get better insulation.

I don't have girly fingernails...they're just as they are.

My nails are short because I'm a nail bitter (unfortunately).

And for some reason all of my previous works liked the fact that I have short nails and I don't like long nail. The max length I can go for my nails is just passed the fingertips.

Because a centimeter every week is fast but a centimeter every 2 months isn't fast

ok so it's not that bad I just wanted to know the time frame.

mine would take about a month since I'm a nail bitter, even if I never bit my nails it would grow a centimeter in at least a month
