I think there was a dragonair somewhere in the show.. maybe one of the movies.. or in that one episode where they met bill and dragonite.

I'm almost certain dragonair was in an episode, but I dunno how much of a part they played.

Yes they do. :3 I had one when I was like 8.. my mom threw it away when I got sick in my sleep ;-;

I think dragonair was in the show too but i can't remember

There have been a few reasons (thanks for doing the research I didn't want to do DK!) The epilepsy think on that one episode, some of the way some pokémon look (jynx), and some other stuff that I don't recall right now.
