I'm volunteered for hours on all three days. the rest of the time, I can skivv off.

Lawtan 06-26-2014 10:46 PM

-clings to Tam- Thanks. I was sort of afraid of that (has happened before - last fall and winter)

As a note: "Ich bin ein Berliner" is the funniest thing John F. Kennedy ever said in a televised speech. (even though it being funny is only a grammatical thing, and not technically wrong)

Speaking of skivving off, I kinda wish you'd been here today to skivv off with me. I had fun, but company would have made it better. Ask me for details when we IM later.

*big hug and a pat pat* Flashbacks stink. It's like being mentally and emotionally broadsided.

*snickerfitdie* Oh, that is funny. Poor guy. *cackle*

tomorrow/later today, I'm going to see about only working one or two hours. I'll have 'Maru with me then, and will be able to get on the wifi at fairly regular intervals (hopefully).

I got within three feet (actually, prolly closer to two feet) to Mark Ryan. *spaz*

And the guy wasn't traumatized. I'm impressed!

Lawtan 06-28-2014 08:32 PM

Mark Ryan? Wer ist ihn?

Update: Visual Basic and other Programming Tutorials (including some oldies), as well as a link to Vocabulix, an engine that helps with vocabulary and tense for other languages. :D

I found an Internet Relic!

Tam I am 06-28-2014 11:44 PM

0.o Relic?

Oyster ketchup. Other non tomato ketchup. I found reference to walnut ketchup and mushroom ketchup in 'David Copperfield', so I looked up the mushroom one and found all these others. I didn't look up a walnut ketchup recipe.

Lawtan, Mark Ryan is a British actor. He's most well known for his rolls in "Robins of Sherwood", "Black Sails", and "Transformers" (Jetfire in "Revenge of the Fallen", Bumblebee in the first "Transformers" movie by Michael Bay, and Lockdown in the newest movie), among other roles.

Den, d'you mean "roles"?

Lawtan 06-29-2014 04:40 PM

I added the Oyster Ketchup :)

Ahh...I'd know him from Robins of Sherwood.
(Not as big a fan of the Michael Bay Transformers)

Tam, yes. Yes I did. Take a look at the timestamp, to get a sense of my state of mind at the time. lol.

Lawtan, I got him to say something funny.

I like the bots, but I hate the movies. Wouldn't even watch any after the first one. Though the comic books aren't as bad.

Extremely. Two nights in a row, I didn't get to sleep until after 12 AM.

Espy 06-30-2014 02:54 AM

Wait, when do you usually sleep?
