Or, you can fix their cars. Heal their ailments.

You don't actually have to do it. The reviews will be extra positive and say you do, to really help you out.

But what if someone wants to hire me specifically to do it?

You'll only have just enough time to do the translating because you're on your way to Africa to rescue baby elephants.
