My classes never get that far.
My AP class made it to the Great depression before we had to cram for the test, then the entire test was about things from the 19th century.

We have yet to reach the great depression, and I feel like they are going to spend a lot of time on both it and the western civilization with the American Indians like what we are on now.

If you are on Andrew Jackson years and the trail of tears its no wonder. You still have to go over the gold rush and the age of expansion.

Well uh there was a movement in american history called the civil rights movement, and it was mostly headed by two people. Martian Luther King Jr and Malcolm X. Both had differing views of how to get rights for people. There was also a group called the black panthers that were a community group but soon turned in a gang that evolved into the modern day crips and bloods. xD but that is a different story.

I am strangely fascinated by Russians and their literature some of their history. I did watch that history channel special on the kingdom up to the fall of the Romanov's.

That made me angry in my freshman year when I took World History. We had been learning about the Russian Czars and I had really taken an interest in it, but I was ill and missed everything about it. :c
