A dremel is basically a mini drill/lathe so I expect it could make small holes with the right attachment.

good news on the mlp front...customer service actually got back to me. they wanted a few numbers from the box and doll, but they are sending me a new one. it might be the same one or it might be one from the same assortment the lady said. lol..but at least i don't have to pay for it xD i will still see if i can fix the rainbow dash i have though |

OHHHHHHH! i've always wanted to play that, but most i've done is watch let's plays of it :D
also, tammers...i found a wiki of all the eg minis and playsets. apparently, there's only the rainbow dash one i got and a rarity playset in that "assortment" unless they decide to send me something from another line. i'd be happy with either a new dash or a rarity xD and i don't think snaps would work since the joints are far far smaller. idk though |
I think they'd probably stick out too far, unless you could find the itty bitty plastic ones that are a bleep to get right when you're trying to SEW them on.

on my TTRPG server, we had to ban someone yesterday because he kept violating the server rules. Today, his wife asked one of the moderators for info on what was going on, because he was driving her nuts. Unfortunately, one of the reasons he was banned was he was being a creep. and of course, he denied doing so.
