After a eclipse, people around the world discover that they have unusual abilities. Suddenly on a train ride, one of these are met by a man from the future who tells him that a bomb is going to go off in New York the day after the election, and tells him 'Save the Cheerleader, Save the World'. And it only gets more awesome from their, not counting the horrid second series that nearly killed the series.
