Ah, that makes sense. Yeah, those huge multivitamin pills upset my stomach something terrible. I usually have to keep a large bottle of water around for the next couple hours to sip on when my stomach starts feeling queasy. My mom finally realized that's what was making me so sick and got me the adult gummy vitamins instead.
