Yeah. I am using a pale ballet pink acrylic yarn I recycled from an old sweater. I'll have to buy some hammer-on snaps, though. Just for general use.

I suppose, haha. I'd probably use less traditional materials for cross stitching if I were to try it. I likely will at some point.

Plus the holes are big enough for me to see. Well, I suppose I would have to see. But whatever. Considering the first thing I knitted was using plastic bags as the yarn and two pencils as the needles... XD.

Crappy. I didn't learn how to seam or finish things yet so I just kind of winged it. Using the pencils I really had to fight with the materials to get them to go where I wanted and my hands were really strained and blacked with pencil markings by the time I finished. But it was one of those learning experience things.

Yeah... I still have it, don't know where though. I still make yarn out of old plastic bags too, but I don't know how to use it/what to make with it. Not because there is nothing to make with it, but I'm overwhelmed for choices XD.

That square is crocheted which i find easier although I don't quite like it as much. The bags used for that particular item came from my work - the bags in which our plastic drink cups are found, which are actually made from corn, which was pictured on the bags - hence those green and yellow patches.

Just woke up from a nap. Haha. I usually crash after I get home from work. Especially if it's hot, the bike ride can really kick me out. You'd think for biking to and from work five days a week, I'd be more in shape. Alas, it is not so.

Well I mean, it's the activity and the time, too. I mean normally around the same time of day in the afternoon I'll start getting sleepy anyway. But getting more actual sleep would help... But I'd still likely get that feeling in the afternoon.
