Yeah you have all the rights. You eat what your parents buy. :/

Logan 08-20-2010 01:43 PM

Pretty much but now after i lost weight and went to surgery, blah blah then my mom realize eating healthy is better so she lost alost 60lbs or so. We cut out most of junk food in this household. So im happier now.

Yuki 08-20-2010 01:47 PM

That's really great. :> I'm not really over weigh, maybe only by 5 kilos but I have weak joints and can't workout normally. But I am gonna go to a doctor now and get help and support so I can get in shape. The main reason is to get stronger cause I am REALLY weak and get easily sick.

Logan 08-20-2010 01:49 PM

Awe how tall are you and weight now? im 5'10 and 225 due to muscle mass from all intense workout i did daily at gym ^-^

Yuki 08-20-2010 01:51 PM

Much shorter than that. And I haven't checked my weight in ages it could be any thing from 120 to 140. I have no idea.

Yuki 08-20-2010 01:54 PM

Oh yeah...I took that in American measure but normally I count in kilos so I could be 50-65 x_X It's still too much for me I should not be one kilo over 50.

johnny 08-20-2010 01:55 PM

I'm average weight, but super out of shape. I get winded going up a flight of stairs, and can't run for more than a few minutes, and I can't even touch my toes (something that my 50-year-old mother and my 6'3, 200-something-lbs. brother can both do).

I need to start exercising just to get healthier. Losing a few pounds (I'm on the far-end of the "average weight" spectrum, about five pounds from being considered mildly overweight for my height) would be a bonus, though.

Yuki 08-20-2010 01:57 PM

I have never been able to run or walk stairs but that has nothing to do with being out of shape or over weight. My joints are just too weak and stops working. :/

Sadrain 08-20-2010 01:58 PM

I am kind of out of shape, but I should try to do something, so my asthma doesn't always get the best of me, too.

Logan 08-20-2010 01:59 PM

Maybe get medicines and calcium for your joints, Yuki? D:

@johnny; ooh still not bad than being lazy around... im very active and i workout at gym daily and taking zumba class for cardio dance.. so much FUN. <3

Hermes 08-20-2010 02:03 PM

Hello everyone~ How are you all today?

Yuki 08-20-2010 02:04 PM

You can't do anything about them. I already drink milk everyday and has done it my whole life. You can only strengthen them with muscles.

Duchess 08-20-2010 02:04 PM

Ahhh~ Gym... Dance class.. Money costing stuff... I NEED MONEY!! *headdesks*

I would -LOVE- to get in shape.. it's one of my goals. But currently, we are family of four living in an apartment suited for one. We're trying to leave and all the money should go towards that.. i -DEFINITELY- can't ask for money :/

and I also have no room at home to even breath, even less work out......and as for walking and stuff like that... this country is not safe. There's a shit ton of murders and kidnappings. Walking down the road with no purpose, is not an action to take, because you'll be targeted.

I need to start taking real money commissions...-sigh-... for many many reasons that stress me out and get me depressed. oye vey.

johnny 08-20-2010 02:05 PM

I'm really embarrassed by exercising in public, so I try to exercise in my room. I just try to do whatever I think I need to do - jogging in place, sit-ups, those "drills" where you run in place for a few seconds, then do a few push-ups, then jump back up and run in place again, etc. And stretches and stuff, too.

I've been trying for about a month, but I haven't lost any weight and I haven't really noticed a difference. :/

Yuki 08-20-2010 02:06 PM

Depends on what exercise. xD It's stupid to practice martial arts alone. x_X imo

Logan 08-20-2010 02:10 PM

*tackle Duchess*

@Yuki; yeah start with light weight to get used to it then move on to heavier weight that you can handle~
