anyway, I read more about Delta Work and the Emmy, and apparently it's a bigger deal! Delta was let go from WOW :O he won't do the hair no more. And he said he didn't know he was fired until after he was fired.

I wonder who was responsible for firing. If not done properly, it seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen?

Delta wasn't unionized, so I guess no suing. He was at Willam's podcast and he gave a ton of details about how things happened - he was invited to do hair on more people, but to do that he had to be in a union, he declined because he was just doing Ru's hair as a favor basically, and the new job would be 5 days a week and he isn't even a licensed hair stylist. He said no and was slowly let go

It sounds like he wasn't even hired to begin with. Especially not going through any proper channels.
