Yeah although you need to do double the work in order to get them for yourself, but it does always suck when they make you get things from others when you can't control that... You have to make a thread that is popular, and there are way too many factors to compete for that.

I always seem to be directed more toward the Fantasy/Horror genre of RPGs over other genres. But I usually will take on any genre just to get experience. And I am always hoping my experience with RPGing would help improve my writing, I always have good ideas/starts for stories but never know how to finish them. |

Horror can be hard to pull off. Most of the sites are like PG-13 so lots of the horror genre can't be done in RPGs unless your really mild about the gore and all.
I find trying a new genre doesn't hurt, through it's not often I will go out of the fantasy realm. |

Researching is always the best way to go. I don't know much about ninjas and all so I don't think I would be much help. I am sure you will. I get ideas for OCs just wandering around the forums at time and an avatar catches my eye and gets me thinking.
