Ya, and it seems to make my stomach feel better slowly but surely ^^ (well, flavored water, I have some difficulties with normal water, unless I'm training that it...)

Personally I don't know, it just get difficult to drink after more than a glass, that's why I usually make myself a bottle of water (like an old gatorade or powerade one) and fill it with water and a little flavour pouch thingie... |
