*hugs ML* I wish it were that easy for me. I live really far away from most of my friends (some of 'em, like my best friend *cough*TAM*Cough* live in other countries, even).

Salone, part of it is that it's highly likely I've got bipolar disorder, if not outright depression. Part of it's the fact that I still don't have a job and the 'rents are harping on me about it, part of it is the isolation of living in rural America (it sucks every bit as much as you can imagine, if not moreso), and part of it is me trying to get commissions done without the necessary tools to get 'em done quicker and to my usual standards.

Aye, I can understand about that rural part. I grew up in a fairly isolated bit of Arkansas. Left hometown as soon as I could, haven't really looked back sense.

And I'm sorry you've got it all compounding on top of you. Several 'ands' to the list of why things are sucking right now really destroys your mood most days.

I totally get the thing about the rural area, its kind of the same here. =.=; but its weird here, we go from rural to straight up city with like no transition. ^^;

Nearest town with more than 5,742 people (the approximate size of where I live right now) is over in Council Bluffs, Iowa, which is about 45 miles away. Everything else in reasonable driving distance is 5,500 or less people. :/

That's just a bit bigger then all the students in my high school. o.O;

That's about four times bigger than my high school.
I tend to prefer rural...mainly because people are too stressful to be around.

Every place has there pros and cons, I like slightly rural because of all the green. owo

My old city was small. This new one, Texarkana, is...eh, it's just dirty. 2014 15th Most Dangerous City in the US champions and just generally ugly/abandoned for a city its size. Train station though, so that is a plus.

I grew up in Boise Idaho which is ok sized. I just moved to Portland OR though and it's like WOAH look at all these people. I get really overwhelmed!

I'm never planning to move to a crowded city, I've already told my friend I'd never live in the one down the road from here. It's a college town and they've decreased the parking so that they can make money off the college kids from towing them and don't care if local get caught up in it. >_>

Awww. Yeah. I identify with you. I felt like I was going to die from culture shock when I first moved to Edmonton. Because I grew up out in the sticks. Wayyyyy out in the sticks. We didn't even have running water or indoor plumbing.

Umm...so been having depressive episodes...a lot lately...and this weekend failed to help (it hurt to be honest)
...I'll try to keep going, but if I am quiet, I am sorry...

I had a bit of culture shock when I moved to Omaha (Population of about 446,600)... I grew up only hearing sirens (other than the tornado siren) on an inconsistent basis, and for the first several months, I'd hear the fire trucks go by and have to stop to watch them. Tam can attest to the fact that I stopped doing so because the sounds happened on a daily basis and I got desensitized to them.

LOL Yeah, when we first started talking, she thought my mention of daily firetrucks and car alarms meant that I lived in a huge city, or that something terrible was happening.

XD Did you see pictures of the river valley? That's the best part, and we even have at least one place where this soft stone cliff sticks out of the bushes and has what almost look like hoodoos carved into it by the wind and rain.

I found the link from last year where I got interviewed by a news station for something I'd said while waiting my turn to sign something... my hair's longer now, and the team's going to the World Series (hopefully!).

Wow. I am now swimming in runes, guys. I showed my sister Carole the site and asked to borrow her credit card for ten dollars worth of runes, and she decided she was buying me twenty dollars worth and wouldn't let me pay her back!

Pretty clothes for large ladies who like the vintage glam look or the gothy look. It's funny, after looking at these clothes on these models, the clothes look terrible on the skinny girls to me.
