I had Mexican food for dinner. Taco salad - guacamole... so so very tasty.

Wish I could have that! Though for me, that would just be a salad served in a taco shell (no meat).
Which would really not make it much of a "taco" salad.

Well are you a veggie.tarian? There are all kind of salsas you could add that have no meat! And cheeses, and sour cream, and... tofu?

Yep. Vegetarian.
And actually, come to think of it, I have seen soy-based imitation ground beef. So I could use that.
And there are so many good salsas out there. Mmm. Just finished off my jar of pineapple peach salsa actually.

I went out to dinner with my family tonight and I had a steak salad. Yummmm! <3

My latest car died on me while I was at work. What a fun little surprise that was. Thankfully one of my other co-workers was out not too long after me, so I could get a lift home with my...not quite groceries. Since I don't think alcohol qualifies as groceries really.
