The most I will pay for 20 runes is 3.5k and most people want to sell theirs for 4k per 20. I don't like to support the inflation by buying runes for a higher price than I am comfortable with. You should hold on to your Phaunos :) I think it is pretty rare and you might want to use it for something someday.
