I almost drowned a few times when I was a kid. Turns out, not really a good swimmer.

I like being indoors. <:} The sunlight is such a bully.

Have you ever accidentally made a commotion in a public place?

I accidentally set off the fire alarms at my job and we had to evacuate the whole unit. 50 individuals all with some degree of intellectual disabilities and mental illness. Fuckin fire trucks showed up. All over baby powder. I still feel like I could die lmfao

What's your alien backstory? (If you dont have one, make one up lol)

Killed in a particularly spirit-dampening, freak tragedy, (involving being burned, starved, and bitten by a venomous talking fox. Don't ask.) Merskelly found undead life again when one of her magic eyes survived intact.
She used her magic to piece herself together again slowly, and learned to cope with being undead. Using robotic implants, cellular reconstructed growths of her skin and limbs, she can periodically change into more humanoid, amphibious or aquatic type appearances.
Though most of her efforts to build herself are purely scientific, she uses mer-magic too.
Merskelly was once an alien mermaid, and all mermaids get their magic from their song and their scales. But alien mermaids get their magic from their eyes. Without their eyes they cannot see music or detect lights in space...or exist. Every so often Merskelly will use her eye to help her with important tasks and alter her appearance. She keeps her eye safely locked away inside her head at all times, and sometimes even creates a decoy to occupy her other socket.
Merskelly came from a distant planet in space, where she lived and swam and made happy memories with the many sea monsters, pirates and ghosts of her world. But one day she found an injured fox from a world beyond her own, on the shores of her world and took care of it.
However it was sick and very temperamental, often nearly killing her with its venomous bite. It never got much better although she felt she had healed it's wounds the best she could, and sadly she died trying to return the fox to the world from whence it came, deep within the woods of dimensional doors, gates and traveling furniture.

When she woke up, all that was left of her was her eye and her head. Alone and lost in the woods, with no trace of the fox to be seen, she rolled and rolled back to the sea, with the helpful aid of a cute, orange alien bird, who made sure she made it back to the water. She thanked the bird and said goodbye even though it looked sad to see her sink into the depths of the ocean. And began to work on her new body straight away.
With her magic eye and new body she decided to conduct further research and go on short expeditions into the alien worlds next door to her, where she no doubt, would enjoy learning new things, trying to understand the strange people and creatures she encounters, and occasionally admiring the many different kinds of pasta in existence. But the one thing Merskelly had hoped to accomplish, was to improve and heal not only herself but to help others to heal from similar aching and tragic pasts, and give them something worth holding onto...while likewise seeking something to treasure and remind herself, that she can be alive after all...

What is your favorite sweet or dessert?

My favorite dessert in the whole wide world changes from time to time, :] since the title often goes to the one treat I try that I think beats what I've tasted before.
That being said, <w> my most favorite, best, most delicious sweet desert is a Cinna-crepe from a local little French restaurant called Crepes and Grapes. It's a dessert crepe rolled like a cinnamon roll, with silky vanilla bean icing, powdered sugar, whipped cream and of course made with cinnamon. <//w//> *sigh* Just thinking about it makes my heart flutter..

What was your favorite school project to work on?

This girl and I did a psychology project in college on Narcissists. Instead of a digital slideshow we did our own art on poster board and I made actual pamphlets lol Professor loved it. Got an A+.

Do you have a skill or talent? If so what is it?

So as far as I know, my only talent is writing, and drawing. :] I'm also sort of good at editing videos.

What is one thing you swear you saw, but have no evidence other than your word?

I've lived in Florida before so I have e seen maaaany things but the only thing that comes to mind is the time I was at an alligator farm and i saw a gator jump nearly 4 feet out of water to catch a seagull that was flying by. For some reason my classmates thought I was making it up.

What is your favorite season/time of year?

My favorite time of the year is the end. <:] Fall into Winter is my absolute favorite because pumpkin pie, Halloween, cool weather, scarves, sweaters, tea, football, looking at decorations, Christmas, Songs, Movies, Blankets, PJs, the Tree, gifts, it's just all wonderful. ^-^

What was one of your most wonderful dreams?

I had these dream I was riding elephants that looked like something out of a Salvador Dali painting. Well I'm riding this trippy elephant through my old hometown, but everything was melting. Not really melting but the colors were dripping and swirling around. So I'm riding along and I stop at this grocery store and get into an elevator that takes me up to the moon. So now I'm in this elevator that's shooting me up to the moon and I never question anything that's goin on at all. So I make it to the moon and I see the stars and how bright it is, I never leave the elevator, I'm just looking in awe at this incredible vastness. Ahem. Anywho..

What was your favorite story when you were young(or old or whatever)? (Could have been told to you or something written)

I used to really really really enjoy Aesop's Fables when I was young. :] I still do. I had a book with a big collection of them, and I used to read them and be read them, over and over again. I mostly liked that they had animals in them and had morals at the end. Stuff that's super familiar like, "The Fox and the Crow." and "The Lion and the Mouse." but also unfamiliar ones like "The Woodsman and Mercury", "The Wolf and the Lapdog," and "The Frogs who Desired a King." x}

What are your favorite drums/percussion to listen to? :]

My favorite song that uses alot of percussion would definitely be The 1812 Overture by Tchaikovsky. I mean they even used cannons. That's so metal lol

i love animals quite a bit, so i'd assume that's a yes.

favourite brand of soda?

I don't soda. :/ But I guess I like...any orange soda. Or 7-Up.

What do you wish you had as a pet?

I think I'd like a bird, but cats are far more preferable.

I do. :] I have several. Vultures. Octopi. Bats. Dogs. Owls. Crows.
also Fish. ^-^ I used to be obsessed with Dolphins. :] But now I guess I really like Birds.

What is your favorite tree?

:] I like a particular tree that's found in the mountains around my dad's neighborhood. I love the way it blooms big blossoms and the trunk patterns the snow makes on it in the winter. It's called a Pacific Dogwood I think. ^-^

I'd say mince pies.
