And we're definitely gonna need to find appropriate staff who are willing to work for free. At least for the first few years. I mean, with the right program and some training, I could handle item recolors (you should see my old Menewsha recolors** done in ms paint, seriously!), but we'd need AT LEAST one pixilist to handle items and avatars, if we are doing an avi site. Plus someone to handle coding, games, etc. XD *is probably taking this WAY too seriously*
**Menewsha recolors were done for making better OC reference avatars, not as an actual staff project. I have never been staff on any site. Unless my very short lived position as a what was it called again in Syndrone? Idk basically non-staff, volunteer monthly forum game team. But it wasn't really a "staff position" and it pretty much flopped 2 months in anyway. Partly because the site was failing and partly because, instead of planning out teams that were well-balanced, they just threw random groups yogether and I basically got shit on for not helping run the highly image based game my team decided to go with even though they all knew I only had mobile access, so editing and uploading images was something I couldn't really do.
Whoops, sorry for getting ranty...
