I will often read long novels myself since I like fantasy.

I sometimes read short stories, though.

Nope, have not heard of that.

I read the first book in that series. It's good.

Harry Potter and the Chronicles of Narnia are two others.

Those two series are good.

Then there is also the Wheel of Time, by Jordan. It seemed a hair long winded to me, but I had only just started the first book.

There is also the Song of Fire and Ice. That one starts with A Game of Thrones. I've only heard the author read some of it, but that part was good.

I like Brian Jacques' Redwall series a lot, and Mercedes Lackey's Valdemar books, too. Tamora Pierce's and Anne Mcaffrety's series are also good.

I have heard of that one, but I have it on my list of Books to Read Eventually.

I have always loved that series a lot too! I have so many of the Redwall books in my collection.

Have not heard of Mercedes Lackey or Anne Mcaffrey though.

Have not gotten around to reading Tamora Pierce's series yet.

Mercedes Lackey, Tamora Pierce, and Anne Mcafrey are three favorite authors of mine. <3 Read them.
