XD Law. I like patterns too, but mine don't tend to be physical. My biggest pattern is a need for a contrast to anything I like. Like a video game with much fighting, and a video game with no fighting. Once I have both, I like both.

so much sewing this weekend... I have a hoodie commission I have to have done and out the door by Monday, and one that I'll be taking with me to a convention to finish there and deliver in person... and then I still have to sew a quick jacket for myself...

...I found the term "Escher Girl" courtesy of a Deadpool joke...I am incredibly disappointed that is has nothing to do with M.C. Escher other than terrible body proportions (it's a critique of how artists tend to draw women in an almost uncanny-valley sort of way in order to make women "sexy" - admittedly a good point and a good "what not to do" blog)

...I had in mind more of a psychological horror based on mixing Escher's manipulation of vision and disregard for physics and various female styles/depictions/myths...sadly would get less traffic than breasts and behinds...though naming a blog the latter and then posting the aforementioned horror would be ironic...
