(I like that song too and it doesn't fit into my normal music genre lol) Ah, I used to have a dream of becoming a great digital manga artist and got very far after years of work/practice, but then I got nerve damage and can't really use my left arm to draw anymore. So, I don't really have a replacement dream yet.

I would purchase an abandoned mall or apartment building and bring it up to housing code, then rent it out to homeless individuals for whatever they could afford for that month. If I had leftover money I would set up rehabilitation/educational programs in the building. Not giving it away since I retain the property.
